Cancellation Policy

Chelsea’s Glow Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Chelsea’s Glow. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I appreciate your respect for my time and small business. BOOKING & DEPOSITS All appointments require either full prepayment or a service deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment time and allows me to prepare specifically for your service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 or more hours' notice may have their deposit transferred to a future appointment or refunded when applicable. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit any prepayment or deposit made. • No-shows will forfeit any prepayment or deposit made. • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. COMMUNICATION FOR APPOINTMENT CHANGES Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For appointment changes within 24 hours, please contact Chelsea’s Glow directly via text message.  Please note that email is not monitored regularly and appointment changes requested by email are not guaranteed to be received in time. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service in order to remain on schedule for other appointments. Excessive lateness may require rescheduling and applicable cancellation policies may apply. ADD-ON SERVICES Add-on services, including dermaplaning, must be booked in combination with a qualifying facial service. Standalone add-on bookings may be adjusted or canceled, and I will gladly help you select the appropriate facial service for your skin goals.
